I order some LED tape lights and selected a driver instead of power supply. Their support desk attempted to contact me via phone and email prior to shipping. I missed his call so it shipped incorrectly. Can't fault USA Light for since the order shipped the same day it was placed and it was my mistake. They were quick to respond to via email when I realized my mistake so I could quickly order the correct part. Thanks Scott!
