Product 4" Low Voltage IC/A November 12, 2014 Reviewer: Axel Ursi from Farmers Branch, TX United States   Contrarily to the last shipment I received from USALight.com, this latest shipment was well packaged and protected for shipping.  It arrived on time (even early), was properly wrapped, product is as advertised and transaction was flawless.  Obviously Customer Service paid attention to my last complaint and took appropriate action. great with one caveat October 26, 2013 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Hudson, NY United States   Overall very happy with these cans, especially the wago-like connectors already attached which makes for easy install. My one caveat is that if you use standard metal clamps in the KOs for non-metallic cable, you cannot have the screws facing out. There is not enough space to tighten them in that direction -- the screws end up pushing in the housing. Turning the screws sideways works fine -- except in a couple of our very narrow joist spaces (old house reno) where it was almost impossible to get even a short screwdriver in to tighten the screws.
