not bulky February 14, 2021 Reviewer: Robert Clowdus from Alexander City, AL United States   These cans don't have bulky square housing they just look like a plain can with an oblong opening. They will work for steep ceiling pitches but their more suitable for slight ceiling pitches, they have another type thats angled more for those extreme type ceiling. But those won't work on anything less than 8 and 12 pitch it will look weird, trust me I know. And if you've never installed one take note they can only go one way or it'll angle wrong, it can happen. I've never done it though. Was this review helpful to you?

Just what I needed 6" Air Tight IC Recessed Slope September 24, 2017 Reviewer: Patty Kulp from Walnutport, PA United States   Not understanding a lot about electrical stuff. I called and received excellent council to purchase the 6" air tight IC recessed slope housing. All are installed followed by blow in insulation and I am very happy with the results. Missing pieces/Rep had to check package weight June 15, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from ROME, NY United States   Our order came in two parts as two items were missing form the original order.  Upon receiving our initial order, I call.  Your Representative made me feel like I was lying about not receiving part of the order.  While speaking with me, he advised he needed to check the weight of the package.   After checking he FINALLY agreed to have the missing pieces sent.  I understand that some people lie about receiving items, but I would recommend not telling the customer that you need to check the weight of the package to confirm they were missing items.  Maybe he could have placed me on hold and completed his internal investigation.   Would have felt better from a customer perspective.
