Customer service good & orders shipped quickly. Original order-12 Orbit pagoda lights. Order received but 10 were in one kind of box & two in another kind. Lights inside did not match in terms of finish & color variation. Customer service was called & 2 were sent to replace the ones in the boxes that didn't match. They arrived in yet another kind of box. The lights were a closer (not perfect) match to the set of 10 we already had. Since then, a yard crew accidently cut a chunk out of the lid with an edging blade so we needed a replacement. It came in the same kind of box that the original 2 non-matching ones did & doesn't match with the original 10. The powder coating has a smoother finish instead of the mat finish which seems to peel off. It is better, just not a match with the others. I wish all 12 could have been the same. When shipping product you should take care to send identical product in packaging & contents. Preferred not to have a mixture of finishes.
