I ordered items that would not fit my recessed cans. When I returned the product, I found you had a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping made this shopping experience very expensive. I will not shop with you again.

We strive to communicate our terms and conditions prior to purchase by making them available during checkout, and also on every product page on our website located on the left column under "Returns". Customers also are required to accept our terms and conditions upon checkout. Additionally, we have our customer service department available to answer questions and hopefully avoid these issues via telephone, and Live Chat Monday - Friday 6:30PM-3:30 PST. It's definitely a challenge and frustrating when purchases made online do not meet expectations. Very sorry the product you purchased from us was not compatible with your existing recessed housings.
