Perfect for this application. I have a GE microwave above my stove, with lighting underneath for the stove. Incandescent bulbs never last more than a month or two. LEDs should last for years. The bulbs dim properly, it's a two stage dimmer. The price is reasonable considering how long they last. My order was shipped out fast.
