This was our first purchase from USA Lighting, the shipment was sent on time, we ordered extra for attic stock. Out of 23 items ordered 21 was properly packaged. They were brushed nickel with chrome interior. One was white with white interior, the other was white with white interior. I did have enough to complete the punch list there was none for attic stock for client. That would be a 19.8% missed packaged rate. With that being said I would still recommend them and hope this was a flaw in QC. Will,let you know!
